What does shipping cost?

We will cover the cost of delivery within South Africa, via door-to-door courier for orders over R799. The couriers usually charge us between R125 and R220 but if your order is R799 or under, we will only charge a R99 delivery fee, to help us cover this cost. Delivery is super fast, as well as secure. We move hundreds of items around SA every month and have a great relationship with our couriers. They will make sure you get your order faster than you’d think possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, all major credit and debit cards, cash deposit and SCode. We also offer a finance option, in partnership with PayJustNow , which allows you to pay off your purchase over three payments. You can apply at checkout.

What if I typed in the wrong email address?

How secure is my online order?

GSGear.co.za adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Our entire website is SSL protected. We take your security seriously.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need any changes made to your order.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery to major cities takes one to two working days, but is usually overnight. Delivery to outlying areas takes two to four working days. Both GSGear and our couriers are open on weekdays only. We’ve tried getting the couriers to switch their bakkies for GS’s – to make delivery faster – but they refused. They muttered something about “it’s not just about fun and adventure the whole time”. We can’t understand what they are saying.

When will my order ship?

If payment clears into our account before 12PM on a weekday, we will do our best to ship your order on the same day. If payment clears after 12PM, your order will be sent out the following working day.

How do I track my order?

We will email the tracking information once the couriers have collected your order. Tracking updates are viewable online the following morning.

These pegs provide optimal grip even for heavy boots, thanks to their serrated edge. They fold up neatly, close to the crash bars.

These fit on 22 to 25mm crash bars, which covers most models out there.
