What does shipping cost?

We will cover the cost of delivery within South Africa, via door-to-door courier for orders over R799. The couriers usually charge us between R125 and R220 but if your order is R799 or under, we will only charge a R99 delivery fee, to help us cover this cost. Delivery is super fast, as well as secure. We move hundreds of items around SA every month and have a great relationship with our couriers. They will make sure you get your order faster than you’d think possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, all major credit and debit cards, cash deposit and SCode. We also offer a finance option, in partnership with PayJustNow , which allows you to pay off your purchase over three payments. You can apply at checkout.

How secure is my online order?

GSGear.co.za adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. How do I change or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?

Delivery to major cities takes one to two working days, but is usually overnight. Delivery to outlying areas takes two to four working days. Both GSGear and our couriers are open on weekdays only. We’ve tried getting the couriers to switch their bakkies for GS’s – to make delivery faster – but they refused. They muttered something about “it’s not just about fun and adventure the whole time”. We can’t understand what they are saying.

When will my order ship?

If payment clears into our account before 12PM on a weekday, we will do our best to ship your order on the same day. If payment clears after 12PM, your order will be sent out the following working day.

How do I track my order?

We will email the tracking information once the couriers have collected your order. Tracking updates are viewable online the following morning.

These top boxes are made locally from the highest-grade materials in the game. They are powder-coated silver and are built to handle extreme adventures in Africa and beyond.

They come complete with locks, keys and secure mounting points on the lid. They fit straight onto the standard 2014+ 1200 & 1250 GSA luggage racks. For normal GS models and AC models, you’ll need to order an adapter. Adapters are available for most brands and models of adventure bikes – please contact us if you need one for a different model or brand.

Good top boxes keep their value well and can always be resold if you sell your bike.
